A standard ventilated box van, 763570 is fitted with vacuum brakes and is constructed with corrugated steel ends and wooden sides.  There were a total of 750 in this lot with 19063 built to this diagram.

It was in engineers' use when purchased from Leyton depot, being painted in olive green.  It was withdrawn from British Rail service in March 1988.  It is lettered for use in electrification work.

This van has recently (2007) been renovated.  It required attention to its doors, roof and floor.
