The Sleigh Park

I have been asked to remind us all that the sleigh park is just that and that members and paid staff are meant to be leaving their cars on the old station approach. I gather that last weekend several of us parked about a dozen cars just outside Rewley Road - I have slapped my wrist, will you do yours if it is needed? Hopefully, we shall need every available sleigh space each running day.

A new Editor!

Sorry to say you haven't got rid of me..yet! Its Jeff Jackson of whom I write. Jeff has done a marvellous job with Quainton News for several years and is now hanging up his quill. I enclose a notice about it from Chairman Allan Baker and Jeff's successor is Graham Coult who has also asked me mention that he needs news, articles and reports on our activities to keep us all informed. I know how hard it can be to get some of you to supply the information but editors cant print what they don't have.

I bet most of you will say "Graham who?". Graham is a relative newcomer who joined a little over a year ago and is often to be seen behind the front desk selling tickets and Gift Aid. He lives in north London and travels here by train and bicycle. I know that Graham will bring a new perspective to our activities, please give him your support.
