Allan Baker - The Fat Controller (alias Les Booker) meets The Easter bunny (Sheila Lobley), Thomas looks on in amazement

The warm sunshine over the Easter weekend brought out the crowds who enjoyed our very popular Day out with Thomas™ event. This years event saw the first outing of two regular performers but each with a new face. In the Down Yard John Mortham's 0-4-0 Peckett took on the guise of Percy, with his very own splendid new moulded face as he kept the Troublesome trucks in order. Elsewhere on site Les Booker was on his first outing as the Fat Controller, making sure that all the engines were behaving themselves - and a very impressive picture he made.
