The Grand Xmas Raffle

This raffle is in aid of the Restoration shed but when you look at the list of prizes it seems to have been arranged to make sure that you, (yes, you!) have lots of cash for Xmas and probably some bottles of Scotch too! The first prize is £25, the second £15 and the third £10. I don't know how they do it! All we would like you to do is sell lots of books of tickets. They are in books of 10 and cost a mere 25p! 25p for £25. 'Can't be bad'! The Grand Draw will take place on 15th December at a special meeting to be held at the Quainton Memorial Hall. There will be a film show and the public will be invited so we can continue to enjoy that excellent relationship which has always been the good fortune of our Society with the community. We are grateful to John Woolley for offering to run the draw and we ask every one of you to make it a great success.
