Sales Report [Note 1]
The sales shops in the terrapin building, formerly known as the Society Shop and the Cinema Sales Stand have now been combined and are run, and operated, as one by Alan and Joan Newstead as the Society Shop. It has been refitted with purpose made fittings. All the usual lines are available with Quainton brand naming as Buckinghamshire Railway Centre. These include horse brasses, mugs, thimbles and teaspoons. One very popular line is videos and a range of reasonably priced framed railway prints. There is a wide range of members' jumpers held in stock from 34" to 46" chest all priced at £11.00 each. The shop is one area where members can support the Centre and to make it easier Access cards are now acceptable. |
