Pathfinder Tour Visits Quainton
![]() Photos: |
Quainton Road resounded to the sound of a pair of Growlers as a train with a Type 37 at each end brought in around 600 passengers for a brief visit to the BRC. The visit was organised by Pathfinder Railtours, who specialise in branch line sorties. It created a scene that might have been in the 60s but for the cessation of scheduled passenger services on the line on 4th March 1963. |
