The BRC Halloween event took place on Sunday 23rd October. Despite the very wet weather, there was a good turn out of appropriately dressed children, aided and abetted by a number of QRS members and the Wizard (Harry Robinson) and Witch (Sue Hallett), who appear in the Harry Potter films.

Visitors also enjoyed seeing close up and personal two of the owls from Chrissie's Owls, a rescue and rehabilitation centre in Witney. Best-dressed boy was Jamie Howard-Green from Thame; best-dressed girl was Phoebe Green from Banbury.
