One hundred Apprentices from RAF Halton joined in workweek activity on 15th March. They did a good job on the many tasks they undertook and were a very welcome boost to our volunteer resource. It brings back memories of when I joined the RAF at 16 in 1963! We understand they enjoyed the experience and their NCOs suggested that they would like to repeat the exercise for each new entry, which is every 3 months.
